• Active Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs); • Lead Qualification: Use a consultative approach to understand potential customers' needs and properly qualify leads; • Solution Presentations: Clearly and persuasively present the company’s training and consulting solutions; • Negotiation and Closing: Conduct assertive negotiations aimed at closing contracts that meet the client's expectations; • Post-Sale Relationship Management: Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities; • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities for improving sales strategies;
• Bachelor’s degree (completed) • Experience in B2B sales with companies of all sizes, preferably in consulting or corporate education • Proficiency with CRM tools to efficiently manage the sales funnel and track leads • Ability to understand the company’s solutions and translate them into tangible benefits for clients • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate client interactions and the preparation of proposals
