📋 Description

• Onboard, coach, evaluate, and continuously develop team members • Maintain a safe, clean, and highly structured work environment in compliance with GDP guidelines and 5S standards • Steer operations based on qualitative and quantitative KPIs, including delivery times, error rates, and productivity • Collaborate with management and peer team leads on continuous improvement, resource planning, and job rotation • Build a quality-driven team and ensure vital medication reaches patients safely and on time • Process e-prescriptions and over 16 million items annually in a highly automated logistics center

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s level thinking/working capability (HBO) or demonstrable equivalent experience in logistics • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a logistics environment • Background in pharma or highly regulated industries is a major plus • Good communication skills in English • Strong command of either Dutch OR German • Structured, goal-oriented mindset that thrives under pressure or in dynamic circumstances • Open to working shifts, including weekends • Willingness to participate in job rotation across different areas
