📋 Description

• Define and drive the strategy for AI-powered patient engagement experiences • Identify high-impact patient problems and prioritize AI-driven solutions improving engagement, retention, and trust • Design personalized healthcare journeys for different patient needs, behaviors, and health profiles • Partner with stakeholders across the organization on AI-enabled healthcare experiences • Build LLM-powered experiences, including conversational interfaces, prompt optimization, and AI interaction flows • Create intuitive AI-driven guidance and recommendation experiences for patients • Analyze conversational data and product metrics to improve AI-generated responses and patient outcomes • Drive experimentation and iterative product improvements using data-driven methodologies • Use Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and AI prototyping tools for discovery, prototyping, PRD creation, and execution • Create prototypes and product specifications connected to engineering implementation and spec-driven development • Move from research and discovery to validation, launch, and iteration using AI-assisted workflows • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and AI teams • Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions and optimize user outcomes • Help evolve AI-native product development practices and upskill the broader product organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building digital consumer products • Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset, particularly in consumer-facing experiences • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams • Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making capabilities • Extreme ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity and emerging spaces • Strong AI-native product mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows • 1–2 years of experience working in AI-enabled product development environments • Proven experience using Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar AI-assisted prototyping and development tools • Experience creating prototypes, PRDs, and specs using AI-assisted workflows • Ability to move quickly from research and discovery to execution and launch • Experience with LLM-powered products or conversational interfaces is a bonus • Familiarity with chat evaluations, prompt optimization, or conversational UX improvements is a bonus • Experience improving AI responses through experimentation, analytics, and evaluation frameworks is a bonus • Background in healthcare, healthtech, wellness, or patient engagement products is a bonus • Experience integrating wearable devices, health data, or personalized recommendation systems is a bonus • Located in Poland with permission to work; visa sponsorship status addressed in the application • English proficiency required
