âą Work with the Customer Success team to understand the customer journey, identify risk signals and opportunities for retention and revenue. âą Translate analyses and customer base insights into practical, repeatable actions. âą Use automation tools and AI assistants to scale and increase the efficiency of campaigns. âą Monitor engagement, retention and churn metrics, performing continuous testing and optimization of campaigns. âą Analyze the customer base to identify behavior patterns, segmentations and opportunities for engagement or proactive intervention. âą Design and implement retention and engagement campaigns at different stages of the customer journey. âą Structure scalable retention and churn-prevention processes and playbooks. âą Collaborate with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Product and RevOps to ensure consistency in customer relationship initiatives.
âą Advanced / fluent English (selection process stages in English and daily interaction with stakeholders); âą Experience creating and executing automated campaigns focused on engagement and/or retention and managing customer journeys. âą Proficiency with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce (mainly for building flows and automations). âą Experience using AI tools applied to campaign automation or process optimization. âą Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams. âą Preferred (not mandatory): Previous experience in SaaS or tech companies.
