• Facilitar el aumento de la facturación y el ticket medio de la empresa con la venta de servicios de alto rendimiento • Realizará ventas y actualizaciones de productos de visibilidad digital con el cliente • Actuará con el objetivo de fidelizar y retener al cliente • Actuará con contactos B2C a través de una base de datos, realizando la optimización del filtro para captar posibles clientes potenciales • Dirigir los problemas técnicos al área de soporte, garantizando el buen funcionamiento del producto para el cliente • Mapear el uso actual de la herramienta por parte del cliente con el fin de potenciar sus resultados • Participar en diversos proyectos relacionados con el área y los objetivos de Customer Success • Contribuir al alcance de los KPI del área
• Buena experiencia comercial • Español avanzado (oral y escrito) • Experiencia en la entrega de resultados por objetivos • Ser adaptable a diferentes escenarios en lo que respecta a cambios de procesos y de productos • Experiencia en la venta de productos orientados a las redes sociales • Tener experiencia y conocimientos en técnicas de venta, preferiblemente Spin Selling • Será una ventaja si Conocimientos de Google Ads y tráfico de pago • Conocimientos de retención de clientes
