📋 Description

• Build reliable, scalable healthcare technology used by millions of people • Work on marketplace and search, practice management systems, AI-powered clinical tools, or patient and data integrations • Design, implement, and ship features across the stack • Own product surfaces end-to-end in small autonomous teams • Contribute to production systems early in the career • Use AI-assisted development as a default workflow • Collaborate across services and teams in an open-source internal culture • Participate in cross-functional feature ownership from conception to deployment • Maintain and contribute to shared living documentation • Build systems involving distributed systems, search relevance, AI-assisted workflows, and complex integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundations in computer science • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, complexity, and core software engineering principles • Ability to build real software and ship features across the stack • Strong problem-solving skills • Builder mindset and ownership of outcomes • Curiosity about users and their needs • High learning velocity • AI-first engineering mindset; experience with AI coding tools, agents, and workflows • Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another rigorous technical discipline preferred • Competitive programming experience preferred • Side projects, startups, open-source contributions, hackathons, or shipped products preferred • Exposure to collaborative development, continuous delivery, observability, and AI-assisted development practices preferred • Permission to work in Spain or Poland; visa sponsorship requirements must be disclosed • English proficiency level must be provided
