📋 Description

‱ Lead the expansion team for the NOA product (AI), ensuring targets and follow-up rituals are met; ‱ Build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency in expansion; ‱ Monitor performance indicators, implement strategies and optimize results with a focus on targets (MRR, volume, etc.); ‱ Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members; provide constructive feedback and development plans; ‱ Recruit and develop new hires; ‱ Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure short- and long-term targets are met; ‱ Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Previous experience leading sales teams in SaaS companies or similar environments (SMB focus is a plus); ‱ Advanced English (will have interaction with the global team); ‱ Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets; ‱ Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, GPCT and BANT; ‱ Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar); ‱ Analytical capability to make data-driven decisions; ‱ Ability to inspire, motivate and coach the team; ‱ Ownership mindset: responsible for results, not just processes; ‱ Hands-on: someone who works alongside the team and steps into operations whenever necessary.
