• Map and identify key decision-makers for each commercial strategy; • Conduct on-site visits and meetings with clients and prospects across São Paulo; • Investigate pain points, needs, and opportunities to propose targeted solutions; • Present the company's value proposition clearly, consultatively, and strategically; • Negotiate and close new business; • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure target achievement; • Strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction; • Monitor risks and proactively develop solutions to retain and foster customer loyalty.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; • Intermediate/advanced spoken English; • Experience in consultative selling, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector; • Availability for a hybrid work model in São Paulo and for client visits; • Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); owning a car is a plus; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create value-based connections and lead strategic negotiations; • Proactive, results-oriented profile with the ability to adapt to different business contexts; • Experience or knowledge of the automotive supply chain; • Ability to build long-term relationships with strategic clients; • Active participation in events and networking.
