📋 Description

• Work in a small team to iteratively improve user experience • Take new features from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production • Design clean, elegant web interfaces that are simple and intuitive • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn ideas into seamless user flows • Maintain and expand the Design System for consistency and efficiency • Report to the Head of Design while owning key areas of the product • Balance speed and quality to deliver high-impact work efficiently • Improve the core platform dashboard used for bookkeeping, tax services, and complex financial workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer • Strong UX thinking, visual design skills, and clear written communication • Deeply user-focused, designing with empathy and clarity • Problem-solver who takes initiative and drives projects to completion • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative by nature • Fluent in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems • Genuine interest in doola’s mission and impact • Experience working at startups or within small, fast-moving cross-functional teams is a bonus qualification • Understanding of front-end development is a bonus qualification
