📋 Description

• Monitor all financial transactions and ensure compliance with legal requirements • Ensure accurate bookkeeping in accordance with applicable local standards for the corporate group, including international entities • Maintain and continuously develop accounting structures • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders • Contribute to group accounting, including intercompany transactions • Further develop internal accounting processes and reporting tools, including automation and the use of AI • Collaborate with international tax advisors • Communicate with tax authorities and ensure compliance with international tax requirements • Support the preparation of annual financial statements and audits • Proactively optimize and automate accounting processes • Provide accurate reports to support data-driven management of the company’s growth

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management • Completed degree in accounting, finance, or a comparable field • Strong knowledge of international accounting and tax law • Experience working with tax advisors and authorities, ideally in an international environment • Excellent analytical skills • Structured, precise, and solution-oriented approach to work • Hands-on mentality and a high degree of ownership • Very good written and spoken German and English
