📋 Description

• Define and lead the GenAI strategy for the Tax function, identifying high-value use cases and setting adoption standards • Architect and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, including intelligent assistants, AI-driven classification, anomaly detection, automated audit support, document summarization, and retrieval-augmented reporting • Own the AI and automation governance framework, including model risk, change control, testing and validation standards, documentation, and auditability • Set rules for responsible and controlled AI use, including data privacy, data residency, and data-sharing policies with external model providers • Partner with senior Tax, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, Internal Audit, and Compliance leaders to drive requirements and deliver business impact • Mentor Senior Analysts and Associate Managers across regional pillars on effective and governed GenAI/LLM use • Quantify, track, and communicate AI business impact, including efficiency gains, error reduction, and compliance risk mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI, GenAI, and data automation, delivering production-grade solutions at scale • Deep expertise in LLMs and GenAI techniques, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation frameworks, conversational AI, classification, and summarization • Advanced Python and SQL skills • Experience building scalable AI and automation pipelines • Strong background in automation and applied analytics, ideally in tax, finance, or regulated industries • Experience deploying AI in cloud data environments such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or Databricks • Expertise in AI governance, compliance, and risk management for regulated environments • Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive tools for non-technical users and influence from hands-on teams to executives • Bachelor's degree or higher • Preferably, knowledge of tax technology platforms or experience with global tax teams • Preferably, experience in a high-growth technology, marketplace, or e-commerce company
