📋 Description

• Facilitate process and validation of requested billing adjustments • Assist the collections team with account reconciliation • Perform monthly close responsibilities for billing, including monthly reconciliations • Prepare and maintain reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and resolve accounts receivable-related issues • Assess current policies and procedures for improvement and alignment with new company initiatives • Assist in customer onboarding, including account setup, vendor forms, and managing third-party systems • Report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of AR/Billing experience in a similar high-growth environment • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field • Experience managing high volumes of multiple billing types, including usage-based and revenue deferrals • Very strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large amounts of data • Familiarity with G-Suite • Familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems such as Netsuite • Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts, programs, and software on the job • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal • Public company experience desirable
