📋 Description

• Develop and deliver technical training for compact construction equipment – with a focus on the German market • Conduct hands-on service trainings for dealers, service technicians and the service network across EMEA • Independently plan, organize and lead trainings from initial concept to successful delivery • Develop new training concepts for innovative Bobcat products • Update training materials to reflect the latest technologies and product improvements • Create e-learning courses and digital learning content for the Bobcat Learning Platform • Actively contribute to new learning methods, digital tools and innovative training formats • Design practical tests and assessments to ensure knowledge transfer • Continuously improve trainings based on participant feedback and new ideas • Collaborate closely with international engineering and product specialists across EMEA • Represent Bobcat as an innovative premium brand

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or degree in agricultural and construction machinery technology, vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field • Passion for machinery and modern technology — hydraulics, electrical systems and electronics are familiar to you • Ability to convey knowledge clearly — enjoyment in teaching technical content in a practical, easy-to-understand way • Communication in German and English — additional European languages are a plus • Structured, solution-oriented working style — analytical approach to solving problems • Open, communicative and confident demeanor — enthusiasm for technology and a strong team player • Willingness to travel within Germany and to the Czech Republic (approx. 50% travel)
