📋 Description

• Support members of the accounting team and facilitate meetings • Help develop training modules for employees and clients • Serve as the teams’ technical point of contact • Manage complex advisory consultations on company valuations, complex structures, and income optimization • Provide technical supervision to a team of five • Monitor daily assignments through the management system • Supervise financial statements and tax filings • Support team members as they take ownership of client files • Advise clients and support the owners of small and medium-sized businesses • Communicate via email, chat, video conference, and phone • Organize team meetings and one-on-one check-ins • Participate in Squads to improve procedures • Participate in and lead training sessions • Create tutorials and videos for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree • At least five years’ experience in an accounting firm in a similar role • Experience providing technical support and guidance to accounting staff • Enjoys client interaction • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Builds positive working relationships with colleagues
