📋 Description

• Support members of the accounting team and lead meetings • Develop training modules for employees and clients • Serve as the teams’ technical point of reference • Conduct complex advisory meetings • Address issues related to company valuation, complex structures, and optimizing the income of business owners and their companies • Review files that have already been reviewed and supervised by the teams • Provide technical supervision for a team of five • Manage the daily monitoring of assignments through the management system • Supervise annual accounts and tax packages • Support employees as they take ownership of their client files • Advise clients • Support small and medium-sized business owners on legal structure, taxation, the owner’s social security status, and wealth management strategy • Communicate by email, chat, video conference, and telephone • Organize team meetings and one-to-one check-ins • Participate in Squads to improve procedures • Attend and lead training sessions • Create tutorials and videos for clients with support from technical specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or background • At least five years’ experience in an accounting firm in a similar role • Experience providing technical support and guidance to accounting staff • Enjoyment of client interaction • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Good working relationships with colleagues
