📋 Description

• Support an Engagement Manager in managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) • Assist with audit and accounting review procedures • Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements • Assist with the preparation of tax packages • Prepare analyses, reports, and dashboards • Assist with cash management • Address client needs with quality, enthusiasm, and efficiency • Work as part of a seven-person team under the guidance of an Engagement Manager

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an accounting firm • Experience managing portfolios of very small and small to medium-sized businesses (VSEs/SMEs) • Positive, motivated, and curious mindset • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable building strong interpersonal relationships • Enjoys teamwork and is ready to commit to a people-focused professional adventure
