📋 Description

• Process and manipulate client data files across XML, Excel, ANSI/ASCII, and PostScript/print image formats • Design, build, and maintain document templates and workflows for print/mail and electronic presentment using Quadient Inspire and/or Exstream • Develop custom C# scripts/programs to validate data, automate processing steps, and support operational workflows • Program, test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve data processing and workflow issues • Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Service, and developers to onboard customers and review workflows/templates • Contribute to composition convergence and standardization efforts • Support live deployments and production acceptance • Follow implementation, testing, and deployment guidelines • Maintain internal documentation covering issues, resolutions, usage, and training • Translate business requirements into SQL queries, reports, and automated workflows for client communications and print-and-mail operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of relevant experience (professional experience and/or applicable education) • Experience writing scripts or programs to parse, transform, and validate data in C# • Database experience with SQL Server, stored procedures/functions, and general database familiarity • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work independently and collaboratively, and deliver under tight deadlines • Experience with .NET / .NET Core • Experience with Quadient Inspire • Print-and-mail / variable data programming experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Familiarity with Adobe Suite • Familiarity with system integration concepts and API configurations • Familiarity with omni-channel output design
