📋 Description

• Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager • Develop and retain GMS/GSS customers and independent retailers • Ensure products are properly arranged and stocked on shelves • Optimize product displays and negotiate the best placement • Sell additional products • Build and maintain long-term, high-quality customer relationships • Prospect for and win new retail outlets • Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 90 customers • Use CRM tools and complete field training

🎯 Requirements

• A two-year degree in sales or business is preferred • Valid Category B driving licence required • Previous experience as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar role in specialty retail sales, as requested in the application questions • Motivation, enthusiasm, energy, strong organizational skills, and integrity • Immediate availability or indication of notice period
