📋 Description

• Develop and retain relationships with FMCG retailers, specialty retailers, and independent businesses • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager • Ensure products are neatly arranged and properly stocked on shelves • Optimize product visibility and negotiate the best placements • Promote and sell additional products • Build long-term, high-quality business relationships • Prospect for and win new points of sale • Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 90 customers • Use CRM tools and participate in related training

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Two-year degree in business or sales preferred • Valid driver's license required • Previous experience as a Field Sales Representative or in a similar role in specialty retail sales; details must be provided in the application form • Motivation, enthusiasm, energy, organizational skills, and integrity • Skills in merchandising, prospecting, negotiation, and sales • Immediate availability or notice period must be indicated
