📋 Description

• Own pipeline generation • Own and drive qualified pipeline creation across inbound and outbound-assisted channels • Build and execute full-funnel programs aligned to our enterprise sales motion • Focus on revenue impact—not just MQL volume • Turn messaging into pipeline • Build and run B2B experiments • Identify and unlock new sources of pipeline • Leverage AI as a GTM builder • Build repeatable growth systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or AI • Proven track record of driving pipeline or revenue (not just leads) • Experience working in a sales-led motion, ideally with mid-market and enterprise customers • Builder mindset • Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, and attribution • Data-informed but action-oriented • Collaborative and commercial • Clear communicator who can align teams around what’s working
