• Closing sales deals over inbound and outbound telephone calls • Maintaining good customer relationships • Assisting in generating leads for the Business Development Specialists • Managing customer accounts • Promptly resolving customer complaints • Presenting Sitebeat’s products and services over the phone • Dealing with complaints and queries
• Minimum D3 Diploma in related field or minimum 1-2 years’ experience in telemarketing, sales, customer relations • Exceptional customer service skills • Have a passion and understanding of the digital space and tools (Ecommerce, Marketplaces, Social Media, Digital Marketing, e-Wallets etc.) • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job • Experience in marketplace, ecommerce platform/industries will be an added advantage • Is innovative and possess problem-solving skills • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
