📋 Description

• Administer, operate, and continuously develop SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, including associated admin centers • Manage SharePoint sites, Teams, channels, Microsoft 365 groups, roles, permissions, and internal and external access • Design and implement governance and lifecycle requirements for site structures, naming conventions, ownership, metadata, archiving, and retention • Configure and support Teams policies for collaboration, messaging, meetings, apps, and guest access • Monitor usage and service quality • Execute or support migrations and automate recurring administrative tasks using PowerShell and ideally Microsoft Graph • Perform monitoring, incident and problem management, second- and third-level support, root-cause analysis, documentation, and knowledge transfer • Advise business departments and gather technical requirements • Support the introduction, training, and adoption of new Microsoft 365 features • Work with internal stakeholders across different countries and business units • Support regions through evening, night, weekend, or rotating shifts as required

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in IT, or an equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience • Sound knowledge of administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams in a Microsoft 365 environment • Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center, Teams admin center, SharePoint admin center, and Microsoft Entra ID • Knowledge of roles, groups, and permission concepts • Good understanding of IT security, data protection, and compliance, including external sharing, sensitivity labels, retention, and data loss prevention • Knowledge of PowerShell, automation, and structured troubleshooting • ITIL-oriented operations process experience is an advantage • Analytical and self-directed working style • Strong service orientation and good communication skills in English • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot administration is desirable • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and creating, configuring, testing, and publishing Copilot agents is desirable • Understanding of Power Platform environments, knowledge sources, topics, variables, actions, connectors, Power Automate, and data loss prevention and lifecycle concepts for agents is desirable
