📋 Description

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area assigned during the trial based on strengths. • For hiring operations, run the funnel end to end: sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes. • For client delivery operations, plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines, brief the team properly, and prevent work from stalling. • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked. • Make real operational decisions every day and take ownership of their outcomes. • Identify failing processes, including company processes, and report them clearly. • Participate in a paid six-to-eight-week trial performing the real job and making decisions on live work.

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job. • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial. • If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days. • Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us. • Strong written English. • Based in Bulgaria. • You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one. • You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months. • Work history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips. • Misrepresenting work history is disqualifying.
