📋 Description

• Manage and support day-to-day operations of clients' Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts • Manage inventory and identify replenishment priorities, stockout risks, and excess inventory • Set up and coordinate shipments to Amazon warehouses • Support new product launches and promotional activities • Upload and update product content • Monitor product and listing performance and investigate issues • Interact with Amazon Support to resolve operational problems • Create and maintain reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and business metrics • Analyze product performance across product lines, variations, and categories • Recommend product and activity priorities based on data • Identify operational problems, investigate causes, and develop practical solutions • Research and resolve unfamiliar Amazon-related challenges • Ensure tasks and recommendations are implemented in line with client objectives • Participate in training, feedback, and professional development sessions • Contribute to client success, operational execution, and business growth

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience working with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central platforms • Understanding of Amazon's operational environment, including inventory management, product setup, shipments, promotions, and content uploads • Experience with Amazon-related tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms • Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to analyze, organize, and interpret numerical data • Ability to analyze sales and inventory information to identify replenishment priorities, potential stockouts, and overstocked products • Ability to calculate inventory requirements using sales performance, average daily sales, replenishment timelines, and desired stock coverage • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills • Ability to identify patterns and opportunities across products, product lines, variations, and categories • Ability to recommend business priorities and explain prioritization decisions • Understanding of how inventory availability, product performance, pricing, promotions, and content influence Amazon sales and growth • Ability to recognize data gaps and identify additional information needed for decision-making • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently investigate challenges and evaluate solutions • Experience communicating with Amazon Support or handling operational issues within Seller Central or Vendor Central • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy • Ability to create clear reports and communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps • Ability to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities • Ability to work across different Amazon marketplaces and support multiple client brands • Genuine interest in Amazon, e-commerce, and digital marketing • Ability to adapt to Amazon platform changes and learn unfamiliar processes or tools • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills • Willingness to receive feedback, participate in training, and continuously improve • Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Fluency in additional European languages is a plus • Long-term mindset and motivation to grow within the Amazon Operations team • Ready to start as soon as possible
