What it means: how likely this posting is sitting open without active hiring. How to read it: 60% or higher means we think this is a ghost. Lower scores are less of a worry. How we score it: age, reposts, open roles vs team size, how fast jobs close, and whether pay is listed.Fine print: an estimate from public data, not a judgment of the company. Real jobs can score high, so treat it as a hint, not a fact.

📋 Description

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area determined during the paid trial. • For hiring operations: run the funnel end to end, including sourcing, chasing, scheduling, maintaining the tracker, and identifying process failures. • For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines, brief the team properly, and prevent work from stalling. • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked. • Make real operational decisions every day and take ownership of their outcomes. • Identify when processes are failing, including company processes, and communicate problems clearly and honestly. • Complete the application, written step, aptitude tests, recorded interview, founder call, and six-to-eight-week paid trial as part of the hiring process.

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job. • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial. • If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days. • Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us. • Strong written English. • Based in Bulgaria. • Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one. • Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months. • Employment history listed must be verifiable through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips. • Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying.

🏖️ Benefits

• 1500 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked. • Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent. • A one-month annual bonus. • 15 days of paid leave a year, rising with tenure, plus your own country's public holidays. • Paid sick leave. • A health allowance. • A coworking allowance. • Paid trial from day one: half rate for the first two weeks, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you. • If we stop early, you are paid for the days you worked.
