📋 Description

• Own onboarding from signed offer through integration, including access setup, questionnaires, 1:1 pages, first-week plans, and day 7/day 30 check-ins • Prepare offer letters and coordinate B2B contractor agreements • File signed agreements in the agreements register • Maintain new-hire records, documents, and HR administration • Build onboarding documentation, guidelines, SOPs, and checklists • Build AI workflows for offer-letter drafting, onboarding checklists, and new-hire questions • Source execution-role candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter • Run first-round screening calls using scorecards after application knockout checks • Manage scheduling, candidate notes, and candidate replies in Recruitee • Send and track test tasks and process test-task payments • Automate recruiting workflows using Recruitee triggers, templates, AI-assisted first passes, and Notion workflows • Track metrics including offer-to-contract time, day-one access readiness, response times, and candidate-note completeness

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on recruitment, including sourcing on LinkedIn and running screening calls yourself • Experience handling onboarding, offers, or contracts, or ability to demonstrate how you keep a messy process clean • ATS fluency and daily use of AI tools, with specific examples • Excellent written English • Fast, clear written communication and same-day blocker escalation • Ability to work full CET hours, Monday to Friday • Comfortable working on a B2B contractor agreement • Judgment and ability to handle situations not covered by checklists • Recruitee and Notion experience is a bonus • Experience hiring remotely and internationally across LatAm, Europe, and Asia is a bonus • Experience building automations such as ATS triggers or AI workflows is a bonus • In-house experience at a fast-growing company is a bonus • Daily-use familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruitee, Notion, Claude, ChatGPT, Loom, and Fireflies
