📋 Description

• Drive and support the implementation of product ideas as a Product Manager or workstream/project lead, focusing on account and card products • Manage card and account products throughout the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and launch to ongoing development • Evaluate technical concepts for new payment products and implement them in collaboration with business and development teams • Work closely with internal stakeholders, savings banks, and other partners to ensure smooth coordination throughout the product development process • Monitor market and technology developments in payments and derive initiatives for new or optimized products

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in banking, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification in the financial services sector • Professional experience in product management and/or leading product innovation projects • Experience in the savings bank or banking sector • Experience with agile, hybrid, or traditional project management • Ideally, knowledge of card-based payments or a strong motivation to develop in-depth expertise in this area • Experience using Microsoft Office and tools such as Confluence, Miro, or similar software solutions • Experience working with committees and their decision-making processes is an advantage
