📋 Description

• Lead and deliver SAP EAM workstreams across implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects • Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse, and document business requirements • Design and configure SAP EAM solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution • Assist with cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support • Provide expert guidance on maintenance management, asset performance, work management, notifications, and master data • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of DyFlex's EAM capability

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of SAP EAM functional consulting experience • Proven experience delivering SAP EAM projects across the full project lifecycle • Strong configuration and business process knowledge within SAP EAM • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels • Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management processes • Experience preparing functional specifications and working with development teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills • Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment • Willingness to travel occasionally within New Zealand and Australia as required • Preferred applicant required to undertake employment screening by DyFlex or its external third-party provider
