📋 Description

• Du entwickelst und produzierst Posts, Stories & Reels – vorrangig für LinkedIn & Instagram – und bespielst außerdem unseren Newsletter und Blog. • Du planst, drehst und schneidest kurze Videos und bringst frischen Wind in unsere Website-Inhalte. • Du hältst den direkten Draht zu unseren Follower:innen, beantwortest Fragen, moderierst Kommentare und sorgst für good vibes. • Du hast aktuelle Trends im Blick und überlegst, wie wir sie für DYGITIZED® nutzen können. • Du füllst unseren Redaktionsplan mit eigenen Ideen. • Du wertest KPIs aus und optimierst unseren Content auf Basis dessen, was wirklich funktioniert.

🎯 Requirements

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in in Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Studiengang. • Idealerweise 16–20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar. • Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & Co. sind dein Spielfeld. • Du kennst Trends und hast Bock, Ideen in kreativen und eigenständigen Content zu verwandeln. • Ein Auge fürs Visuelle, ein Gespür für Text und Lust, bei Video- und Audioformaten auch mal um die Ecke zu denken. • Du behältst Timings und Deadlines im Blick, auch bei mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig. • KI nutzt Du täglich, egal ob Claude, ChatGPT – you name it. • Du fuchst Dich auch in neue Tools rein, die Deine Arbeitszeit effizienter und schlanker gestalten. • Du probierst gern Neues aus und willst Dein Wissen laufend erweitern.
