🎯 Requirements

• No previous HR qualifications or experience required • A good grasp of English is essential • Strong communication skills and an interest in working with people • Good organisation and attention to detail • Motivated to learn and develop professionally • Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively • Willing to complete a structured training programme before being introduced to a host company
