📋 Description

• Develop backend features with PHP 8.x and Symfony, including domain logic, APIs, and integrations • Work on the frontend with TypeScript, React, and TanStack to build modern interfaces and product-focused workflows • Develop Node.js services with TypeScript and Next.js • Work on JVM microservices with Java and Kotlin in the field of e-invoicing • Migrate data, refactor existing modules, and gradually modernize established PHP components • Conduct in-depth issue analysis and debugging • Make extensive use of Claude Code as a productivity tool • Contribute to infrastructure and local Docker-based development environments • Develop new features, solve scalability challenges, and take ownership of complete projects from ideation through stable operation • Help shape the e-invoicing landscape

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth, independent software development expertise with PHP and Symfony at a senior level • Strong knowledge of domain design, testing, and performance optimization in a large, long-lived codebase • Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL • Experience with query optimization and data modeling for large volumes of data • Depending on your area of focus, additional experience with TypeScript and React • Independent, motivated, and self-organized approach to work • Ability to make sound technical decisions and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems • Fluent German • Good English skills • Bonus: Experience with Node.js, data structures and algorithms, distributed systems, and data-intensive applications • Bonus: Experience with JVM languages such as Java or Kotlin • Bonus: Open-source contributions or public experiments on GitHub
