• Manage assigned retail partner accounts and maintain regular engagement aligned to the agreed Rhythm of Business (ROB) • Deliver monthly revenue and unit targets by partner • Build trusted-advisor relationships with partner executives and key stakeholders • Provide sales and business-development guidance and create strategic account plans • Support partner readiness for products, licensing, incentives, programs, and training • Act as a subject-matter expert on client tools, programs, and processes • Monitor market trends and apply market intelligence to partner strategy and business planning • Compare and position client solutions against competing technology offerings • Accelerate sales through pipeline management, forecasting, marketing initiatives, and deal progression • Conduct partner performance reviews covering business health, growth opportunities, and profitability • Guide partners through available resources, incentives, and business programs • Train partner stakeholders on operational processes, tools, and self-service resources • Assist with solution readiness, including AI solutions, productivity tools, collaboration technologies, and services attach opportunities • Advise partners on technical roadblocks, recurring challenges, and escalation management • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of partner activities and opportunities in CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with partners, distributors, retailers, or channel organizations • Experience interacting with senior executives and C-level stakeholders • Technology industry experience is required • Experience within Retail, OEM, Distribution, Consumer Electronics, Hardware, or Channel Partner environments • Experience managing revenue targets, quotas, sales pipeline development, and forecasting activities • Strong understanding of sell-in, sell-through, inventory management, and retail performance metrics • Experience working with CRM systems • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills • Fluent Turkish and advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal • Legally authorized to provide services as an Independent Contractor/Freelancer in Turkey • Comfortable working under a long-term contractor arrangement with a global organization • Preferred: Experience within a global technology vendor or partner ecosystem • Preferred: Microsoft ecosystem experience • Preferred: Knowledge of PC hardware manufacturers, consumer technology products, and local retail market trends • Preferred: Experience with digital marketing initiatives and partner-led demand generation activities • Preferred: Gaming industry knowledge • Preferred: MBA or postgraduate specialization in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
