📋 Description

• Retain and grow an existing customer portfolio • Maintain regular contact with customers and become a trusted partner • Understand customers’ needs, projects, and constraints in order to recommend suitable products • Grow sales within the portfolio by identifying new projects and additional needs • Strengthen relationships with decision-makers and technical contacts at customer companies • Prepare and follow up on quotations with internal teams • Ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of the commercial relationship • Organize customer visits and manage activities independently • Conduct approximately 4 to 6 customer meetings per week and approximately 4 to 6 overnight business trips per month • Primarily cover Nantes and the surrounding area, as well as a broader territory across Western and Southwestern France, including Bordeaux and Toulouse

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience selling technical products B2B to construction-sector customers • Experience managing accounts and retaining customers • Knowledge of the expectations and decision-making processes of building professionals, including installers, contractors, and technical or procurement contacts • Experience with fluid-handling products is an advantage but not essential • Ability to build long-term business relationships • Technical curiosity and a strong understanding of customer needs • Strong service orientation combined with a clear results focus • Independence, attention to detail, and team spirit • Professional-level English
