📋 Description

• Oversee the rollout of Edify Academy in operational and pilot countries • Support onboarding of teachers and leaders • Lead development of program improvements in curriculum, assessment, online delivery, in-person mentoring/facilitation, and monitoring and evaluation • Support other Edify teacher training programs after Edify Academy is established • Incorporate Edify Academy lessons into other teacher training programs • Familiarize with and implement Edify’s Global strategy • Supervise Program Coordinators in LATAM operational countries implementing Edify Academy • Revise curriculum and integrate a biblical worldview into course content • Incorporate user feedback to improve lesson quality • Update assessments to promote higher-level learning • Improve course flow and simplify content • Use the proprietary LMS to update courses • Monitor teacher engagement using reports and data • Troubleshoot completion barriers with Program Coordinators and target a minimum 80% completion rate • Review final module and course scores for engagement quality • Set up registration and onboarding processes • Establish communication channels and document repeatable procedures • Train new Program Coordinators in marking, monitoring and evaluation, and participant communication • Manage current Program Coordinators through weekly review meetings, marking-quality reviews, user-feedback integration, and participant touchpoints • Synthesize key learning and accomplishments quarterly

🎯 Requirements

• Curriculum development experience, including knowledge of integrating a biblical worldview into curriculum and learning experiences • Experience with online course delivery • Knowledge of TalentLMS is an added advantage • Understanding of using Artificial Intelligence to enhance learning • Experience in a classroom environment and understanding of teachers’ needs and challenges • Excellent writing skills • Cross-cultural leadership and communication skills • Personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ and commitment to Edify’s mission • Living example of servant leadership; humble and willing to learn • Passion for Edify’s mission and alleviating global poverty • High degree of integrity • Excellent time management skills and ability to take self-directed initiative to achieve agreed-upon targets • Ability, willingness, and flexibility to learn • Highly proficient in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and teams • Ability to design and deliver effective presentations • Strong leadership development skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English and Spanish • Must be based in Latin America where Edify has operations
