📋 Description

• Ticket handling: You independently process customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns via our ticket management system. • Payment cases: You resolve payment issues via PayPal, Klarna, and Shopify Payments. • Review management: You maintain and respond to customer reviews on platforms like Trustpilot. • Escalation handover: You hand over complex cases in a structured way to the Customer Service Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills in German and English. • You are an enrolled student and can reliably work 10–20 hours per week. • You work carefully and independently and keep an overview even when handling multiple concurrent inquiries. • You have a strong customer focus and enjoy helping others. • Initial experience in customer support or community management is desirable but not required. • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and ticketing tools like Zendesk is an advantage.
