📋 Description

• Provide specialized support for real estate lending products, processes, and systems • Interpret and apply regulations, rules, and operating procedures related to the SFH, SFI, FGTS, housing programs, and home equity • Provide technical consulting to affiliated cooperatives and internal departments • Structure, detail, and track product enhancement requests, projects, and business requirements • Analyze and resolve incidents, exceptions, and complex issues related to real estate lending operations • Monitor regulatory changes, risks, and operational impacts, proposing adjustments when necessary • Serve as a liaison between business, technology, vendors, and control functions • Share technical knowledge and support the development of professionals within the department

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Accounting, Engineering, Technology, or related fields • Graduate degree preferred • Strong experience in real estate lending, with knowledge of products, operations, and processes • Thorough knowledge of rules and concepts applicable to the SFH, SFI, FGTS, and housing programs • Knowledge of the complete real estate financing lifecycle, from origination through loan servicing • Ability to interpret regulations and translate regulatory requirements into processes, controls, and business requirements • Experience analyzing complex problems, managing incidents, and handling operational exceptions • Experience gathering requirements, improving processes, and contributing to projects • Analytical ability to assess risks, impacts, and business opportunities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including strategic presentations, across business, technology, vendor, and cooperative teams • Experience with regulatory projects, audits, compliance, or risk management • Experience in credit cooperatives, banks, fintechs, or platforms specializing in real estate lending is a plus • ABECIP CA-600 certification is a plus • Knowledge of real estate collateral and its impact on provisioning and product profitability is a plus • Experience with real estate lending origination and management platforms, such as Prognum, is a plus • Experience with product management, backlog management, and agile methodologies is a plus
