📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the CRM Data squad, supporting solution and architecture definition. • Develop and enhance integrations, APIs, and CRM solutions. • Analyze, design, and implement systems aligned with business needs. • Ensure best practices in application development, quality, security, and performance. • Provide technical support to the team through guidance, code reviews, and mentoring. • Contribute to the advancement of real-time data, CRM, and customer journey automation initiatives. • Support and continuously improve the solutions under the team’s responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Experience with the architecture and development of enterprise systems. • Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), integrations, APIs, and microservices. • Knowledge of Data Streaming, Data Flow, and integration buses. • Experience designing solutions and integration architectures. • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Event Hub, Event Stream, Data Factory, and Azure. • Knowledge of data modeling and data integration. • Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring teams. • Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus. • Experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Customer Insights, and Power Platform is a plus. • Microsoft Azure, Fabric, or Solutions Architecture certifications are a plus.
