📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the CRM Data squad, supporting solution and architecture definition • Develop and enhance integrations, APIs, and CRM solutions • Analyze, design, and implement systems aligned with business needs • Ensure best practices in application development, quality, security, and performance • Provide technical support to the team through guidance, code reviews, and mentoring • Contribute to the advancement of real-time data, CRM, and journey automation initiatives • Support and continuously improve the solutions under the team’s responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Experience with enterprise systems architecture and development • Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), integrations, APIs, and microservices • Knowledge of Data Streaming, Data Flow, and integration buses • Experience designing solutions and integration architectures • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Event Hubs, Eventstream, Data Factory, and Azure • Knowledge of data modeling and integration • Experience with technical leadership and team mentoring • Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus • Preferred: Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Customer Insights, and Power Platform • Preferred: Microsoft Azure, Fabric, or Solution Architecture certifications
