📋 Description

• Work 100% dedicated to one of our most important pharmaceutical clients • Successfully deliver projects and events from planning through completion • Work closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers • Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and project activities • Ensure deadlines are met • Support and comply with client standards, processes, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector • Identify potential challenges early, propose solutions, and escalate issues when necessary • Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in event project management within an event agency, ideally working with clients in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sectors • Good knowledge of project management methodologies • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare, or the willingness to quickly develop expertise in these areas • Experience working with international teams, clients, and diverse stakeholders • Good knowledge of participant management tools, ideally Cvent • Strong organizational skills • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
