📋 Description

• Coordinate customer onboarding for new RayaSERVICE clients from hospitals and medical care centers (MVZ), from kick-off through the start of care • Support referring physicians and customers during the hypercare phase • Coordinate the handover to the existing customer management team • Support VPN connections, interface configurations, and end-to-end testing with the IT team • Coordinate with stakeholders from IT, Medical Operations, and Product • Coordinate with external interfaces and service providers, such as RIS vendors and authorities • Monitor relevant KPIs • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and implementation of team OKRs

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, customer onboarding, Customer Success, or a customer- and project-focused role • Experience in a hospital or medical care center (MVZ) environment is an advantage • Completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in business administration, project management, medicine, IT, hospitality, or a comparable field • Experience planning, coordinating, and managing projects • Solid understanding of structured project workflows • Strong service orientation and a professional approach to customer interaction • Ability to bring together diverse requirements clearly and understandably • Experience in stakeholder and interface management • Excellent self-organization, initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work • Proficiency with Jira or comparable project management tools • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools is an advantage
