📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects aligned with organizational objectives and client business outcomes • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, change management, and baseline control • Establish ownership, decision rights, communications cadence, project goals, success criteria, and priority trade-offs with client and internal stakeholders • Facilitate risk, issue, and dependency management with proactive mitigation plans and early escalation • Apply Hitachi Solutions delivery methodology, stage gates, project health reviews, and standard delivery practices • Manage project budgets of $2M–$10M+ with forecasting, budget-vs-actual review, EAC awareness, margin protection, and financial variance action • Identify scope movement, lead re-estimation, and estimate, create, and deliver Change Orders • Lead or support Steering Committee governance, stage-gate readiness, executive status reporting, decision management, and value alignment • Communicate progress, risks, required decisions, delivery challenges, and corrective actions to customers and internal stakeholders • Contribute to PMO and Delivery Excellence process improvement, lessons learned, reusable practices, tools, templates, and reporting discipline • Provide project escalation support, establish accountability, coach delivery behaviors, resolve conflicts, and address capability or execution gaps • Lead teams through ambiguity, drive timely decisions, balance competing priorities, and reinforce execution discipline

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional services project management experience • Minimum 5 years ERP implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics • Minimum 5 years consultancy implementation partner experience • Proven project management experience implementing ERP, CRM, Dynamics 365, Azure, and/or broader cloud solutions in a client-facing consulting environment • Proven experience managing multi-platform, multi-workstream projects across onshore, offshore, client, and delivery teams • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, business and IT executives, customers, vendors, and internal delivery leadership • Applied experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, CPM, Waterfall, hybrid delivery, and standard governance controls • Proven success delivering measurable project outcomes in a consulting environment • Proven success leading teams of 20+ consultants across multiple time zones, including offshore resources • Demonstrated project controls expertise, including detailed project plans, scope, schedule and budget baselines, progress and financial tracking, variance analysis, and corrective actions • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Business Management, or related field (preferred) • PMP certification (preferred) • Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and project delivery tooling • Expertise in schedule management, critical path analysis, baseline control, forecasting, and project controls • Experience with Power BI and KPI-driven delivery management • Experience managing project financials including EACs, margin management, variance analysis, and commercial forecasting • Experience leading executive governance, project health reviews, and stage-gate processes • Experience delivering Microsoft cloud, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation programs • CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent agile delivery certification (preferred)
