📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and lead projects deploying PTC technology solutions to drive client value • Own program financials, including cost, revenue, and margin • Own the PTC Professional Services relationship with the client • Manage customer accounts and day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of programs or multiple or large-scale projects • Define, align, and document client visions and transformation strategies • Support new business opportunities and project growth through incremental value and roadmap development • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Management on account plans and strategies • Support and coach new team members with a ramp-up plan

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years demonstrated project management experience leading projects or programs • Functional experience in Mobility, Manufacturing, Life Science, Electronics, or High Tech industries • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable degree • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French or German • Willingness to travel 10–20% • Ability to lead people, business processes, and business objectives
