📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale, highly complex projects from briefing through to completion • Act as the senior-level point of contact for the pharmaceutical client • Build trusted client relationships and provide advice on project strategy, delivery, and best practices • Coordinate collaboration between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with client standards, tools, processes, and healthcare regulatory requirements • Oversee project management, including timelines, budgets, risk management, resource planning, and reporting • Identify challenges early and manage escalations • Maintain oversight in demanding situations and when changes arise at short notice • Support and develop team members • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the company

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in event project management within an event agency • Extensive experience working with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Germany and internationally • Proven experience managing complex international projects, numerous stakeholders, and significant event budgets • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior client-side stakeholders • Excellent knowledge of attendee management tools, particularly Cvent • Strong operational project management skills • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Willingness and ability to take ownership, demonstrate resilience, and navigate ambiguity and change • Bonus: Experience leading project teams or coaching and developing employees • Bonus: Commercial acumen and experience in financial and budget management
