📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale, highly complex pharma projects from briefing through completion • Serve as the senior-level point of contact for a key pharmaceutical client • Advise clients on project strategy, execution, and best practices • Coordinate collaboration among internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with client standards, tools, processes, and healthcare regulatory requirements • Manage project delivery, including timelines, budgets, risk management, resource planning, and reporting • Identify challenges early and manage escalations • Support and develop team members • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in event project management • Extensive experience working with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients, particularly in HCP events • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements in Germany and internationally • Proven experience managing complex international projects, numerous stakeholders, and significant event budgets • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior client-side stakeholders • Excellent knowledge of attendee management tools, particularly Cvent • Strong operational project management skills • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Willingness and ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity and change, and deliver results reliably
