📋 Description

• Produce integration test plans, schedules, programs, and procedures for all systems • Verify the completeness of contractors’ test documentation • Participate in contractors’ testing activities when required • Lead and coordinate integration testing at urban rail transport sites and on lines • Create and monitor action plans related to system malfunctions • Apply the processes, tools, and methods used in testing activities • Draft and update the test management plan • Ensure the system operates correctly and that contractual commitments for commissioning are met • Coordinate the consortium personnel involved in testing activities • Provide the test reports required for test and commissioning authorizations • Monitor on-site activities and verify their consistency with the project schedule • Track documentary and physical progress of testing activities, establish performance indicators, and anticipate deviations • Review the overall schedule to ensure commissioning dates are met • Support project technical directors and contract managers • Capture and share lessons learned from projects • Contribute to the preparation of Egis internal documents and to the recognition of Egis expertise in testing • Develop expertise in testing activities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or electrotechnical engineering, or equivalent • Experience in testing and commissioning • 5 to 10 years of experience in the railway sector for Test and Commissioning Engineer positions • More than 10 years of experience, including significant testing experience, for Project Test Manager positions • Thoroughness and a methodical approach • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent written communication skills • Fluent English is essential for assignments abroad • Willingness to work occasionally at night, on weekends, or on public holidays • Ability to work in France or abroad
