📋 Description

• Be responsible for delivering the IT services defined in service contracts • Implement and optimize service catalogs, related processes, and tools • Ensure compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs) • Implement processes and tools for handling customer requests • Ensure the quality of delivered services and oversee action plans • Lead service review meetings • Create management reports covering quality and contractual KPIs • Manage the human and financial resources allocated to contracts • Implement improvement plans to enhance service efficiency • Contribute to drafting contractual deliverables, including the service agreement, responsibility matrix, and quality assurance plan • Contribute to Squad activities, including internal projects, workshops, conferences, business development and recruitment initiatives, and the writing of expert articles

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT operations and production • A two-year post-secondary degree or higher in computer science, information systems management, or a related field • ITIL certification • Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset • Creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to synthesize and analyze information • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Rigor and excellent organizational skills • Expected experience level: 5 to 8 years
