📋 Description

• Support and advise franchisees and company-operated store managers across the network to develop and improve the profitability of stores in your area. • Ensure the NOZ concept and strategy are implemented. • Drive revenue and profitability by recommending improvement plans to store managers. • Lead the HR strategy and support franchisees in managing their payroll costs. • Develop the financial strategy by providing guidance on business management. • Analyze economic and workforce indicators daily using dashboards. • Guide area managers toward the best-performing practices. • Raise awareness of and provide support regarding compliance with legal requirements.
