📋 Description

• Open new sites and validate their technical feasibility (electrical systems, HVAC, hydraulics, accessibility, fire safety) • Define the required works and CAPEX budget • Set the technical terms and conditions to be negotiated before lease signing with the Senior Real Estate Procurement Manager • Develop the preventive and corrective maintenance strategy for more than 50 sites with 7 Multi-Technical Maintenance Managers • Support the implementation of service provider contracts • Manage technical emergencies • Oversee the technical real estate budget, audits, and regulatory inspections • Act as the point of contact for landlords, local authorities, and regulatory bodies • Work with the Director of Operational Technical Services, the Senior Real Estate Procurement Manager, the 7 Maintenance Managers, and a Building Works Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree (ESTP, INSA, or equivalent) in civil engineering, building engineering, or real estate • 5 to 10 years of experience in technical real estate management or facility management • Experience in logistics, industrial/commercial real estate, or multi-site environments is preferred • Strong knowledge of construction, accessibility, fire safety, and environmental regulations • Comfortable managing complex, multi-site projects • Strong command of CAPEX/OPEX analysis • Experience negotiating maintenance contracts • Fluent English required • Thorough, well-organized, and able to provide leadership to diverse teams • Willingness to travel within France and the Benelux region (5 to 10 days per month)
