📋 Description

• Lead complex building projects specializing in healthcare facilities • Coordinate the project from design through handover • Organize and facilitate design meetings with the design team and the client • Ensure information flows effectively, and prepare and distribute meeting minutes • Monitor deliverable schedules and budgets • Prepare and track the detailed study schedule and decision-making milestones • Coordinate project partners, including municipal services, utility providers, and reviewing authorities • Coordinate project stakeholders to ensure compliance with specialist recommendations, energy objectives, and applicable standards • Analyze produced documents and verify their compliance with the project brief and technical packages • Organize quality control and track comments and corrective actions • Contribute to the preparation and organization of the construction site with the SPS coordinator and stakeholders • Potentially supervise one or more junior project managers • Lead financial management, monitor contracts and amendments, and ensure commitments are met

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent five-year higher education qualification • At least 4 years of experience managing projects in building design and engineering • Experience with healthcare facilities or highly technical buildings preferred • Broad understanding of construction and renovation projects, from studies through the construction phase • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and communicate with clients, engineering consultancies, contractors, and client representatives/advisors • Experience within or working closely with a technical trade or discipline, such as HVAC or electrical engineering, is a plus • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for hospital environments preferred • Proficiency in standard office software, particularly MS Office, required • Experience with project management or BIM tools is a plus • Autonomy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, diplomacy, coaching ability, and aptitude for teamwork
