📋 Description

• Lead energy-performance projects end to end, from needs analysis, scoping, opportunity and feasibility studies, and tendering through deployment and results tracking • Build and manage business cases, budgets, and CAPEX; evaluate ROI and measure achieved savings • Develop and manage tenders, participate in solution selection, and manage partners, contractors, and suppliers • Coordinate deployment of energy-transition projects across METRO France’s multisite network • Analyze energy consumption and identify optimization opportunities • Define and monitor energy, budgetary, and economic performance indicators • Monitor ISO 50001 certification and contribute to continuous improvement of the energy-management system • Ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated, including Décret Tertiaire, Décret BACS, Loi LOM, and Loi APER • Challenge providers and make substantiated technical, economic, and operational recommendations • Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and communicate project progress, risks, and results • Participate in deployment of building management systems, photovoltaics, EV charging stations, and relamping projects

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in Energy Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Energy Transition, or equivalent • Confirmed experience managing projects related to energy, energy performance, or energy transition • Experience independently managing complex projects from needs analysis through deployment and performance measurement • Ability to work in a multisite environment and coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously • Experience managing project budgets, CAPEX, business cases, ROI, and achieved results • Experience with tender processes and managing suppliers and service providers • Knowledge of energy efficiency and building performance • Knowledge of energy and environmental regulations • Operational understanding of ISO 50001, building management systems (GTB), photovoltaics, EV charging infrastructure (IRVE), and energy systems • Ability to analyze and interpret technical, energy, and economic data and translate it into operational recommendations • Ability to challenge solutions proposed by partners and service providers • Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and initiative • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority • Ability to present project issues clearly and structurally, defend recommendations, and facilitate decision-making • Willingness to work on-site and in teams • English proficiency appreciated
