📋 Description

• Manage projects and oversee construction works in urban, river and maritime hydraulics • Manage hydraulic networks and civil engineering structures • Manage water treatment facility projects • Lead watercourse development and reopening projects, as well as riverbank works • Manage port, seawall and maritime groyne projects • Lead client meetings • Lead the preparation of commercial proposals • Coordinate with technical directors, experts and design engineers during the design phases • Manage and supervise a team of 2 to 3 employees as the Quimper office grows • Provide operational leadership for urban and river hydraulic engineering projects • Manage the local office’s financial performance, including revenue, orders, profitability and invoicing • Participate in internal working groups, deliver technical training and lead innovative research and development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in hydraulic engineering or civil engineering • At least 10 years of experience in engineering, engineering design and project management, or operations • Experience gained in a consulting engineering firm, a public works contractor or a local authority • Proven expertise in project management, particularly complex engineering design and construction supervision projects • Strong command of the technical, contractual, financial and organizational aspects of urban hydraulic engineering projects • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders • Ability to unite teams and support their professional development • Autonomous, proactive and able to make recommendations • Good knowledge of public procurement • Good knowledge of urban hydraulic engineering regulations • Good knowledge of project management tools • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and GIS is a plus
